Church of God, where are you ?

In these end times, the Church of Jesus Christ has lost its true reason for being, its ultimate purpose, and its very definition. It has become nothing more than a routine — no longer knowing where it came from or where it is going. It has become that Sunday affair where people have grown accustomed to gathering together. How tragic!

Today, the Church has become an instrument in the service of men rather than of God, its Creator. Here and there, one hears of churches distributing marriages, children, money, material possessions, and all manner of earthly blessings. In truth, the Church now arranges itself entirely to satisfy the desires of men instead of the desires of God. One hears people say: "Let us go to church and we will find work, a spouse, a child, healing, deliverance..." No — that is not the Church. That was never God's original vision for the Church. Everything has changed!

From this, we can already see how the gospel within the Church has become purely material — a prosperity-based gospel. The true Word, the Sound Doctrine, is no longer taught. "You shall be blessed; you shall prosper; God will give you great wealth, a beautiful wife, and a fine car..." — such are the messages now being propagated within the Church. Never once, throughout His earthly ministry, did the Lord of glory, Jesus Christ, preach material or financial prosperity. He Himself declared that whoever does not renounce all that he possesses cannot be His disciple (Luke 14:33; Matthew 19:16–24). And yet the Church is walking in complete contradiction to what its Head, Jesus Christ, desires — basing its doctrine upon vanity. We see so-called children of God chasing after luxury cars, executive positions, and high salaries. Yet the Lord is unambiguous when He exhorts us not to lay up treasures on earth (Matthew 6:19–20). We must understand one thing: the purpose of our life is above, not on this earth.

Colossians 3:2
"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth."

Instead of being the Church, churches have become a kind of NGO — charitable organizations, mutual aid societies... In short, they have become organizations in the service of man, thereby forgetting the purposes of God that they were meant to fulfill. Ephesians 3:8–11 speaks of a purpose that has been utterly abandoned in these last days. It is written:

Ephesians 3:8-11
"[...]10To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God.[...]"

No — the Church must return to its original foundation. Everything must be reorganized. The apostolic Church, according to God's design, is the one that must bring to fulfillment the hidden purpose of God. Tragically, it has become a religious organization where everything is done for the benefit of man.

We therefore understand that the Church of Jesus Christ is no longer waging the battle it was appointed to wage. The warfare within the Church has become purely carnal. People now fight among themselves to attain positions of eldership — that is, positions of pastor, evangelist, teacher, prophet, and apostle — all because of greed. Others, in turn, fight for the role of coordinator of the various departments that have been established in the Church today, all the while remaining ignorant of the true battle.

Ephesians 6:12
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Within the Church, we see so-called children of God rising up against one another through quarrels, jealousy, murmuring, and anger — when they ought to be rising up against principalities, princes of darkness, and every manner of spirit inhabiting the heavenly places, in order to inflict upon them a Defeat — what we call the Final Defeat.

The Church of God has become a veritable house of harlotry, through the agency of these so-called children of God who frequently dress like prostitutes — exposing their intimate parts (buttocks and breasts), adorning themselves with jewelry, necklaces, and all manner of artificial hair known as extensions. Tight-fitting or form-clinging garments that reveal every contour of the body have become commonplace in the Church. The name of God is thereby blasphemed among the heathen because of this immodest dress. It is grievous to behold the extent to which man has turned the Church into a fashion parade — where each person comes to display their most expensive wardrobe, especially these false children of God who wear costly clothing and perfumes in order to draw attention to themselves, so as to satisfy their carnal covetousness. Worse still, so-called children of God now cross-dress. Women, for example, have acquired the habit of wearing men's clothing — trousers, culottes, cropped pants — while men have taken to braiding their hair and piercing their ears; all this, when God in His design desires that man and woman be distinct in every respect — in dress, in appearance, in manner (Deuteronomy 22:5). Others take pleasure in surfing the internet or chatting on their phones during times of preaching or worship. What an abomination! Romantic entanglements among young people have become a common sport within the Church. Utter abomination! Let us therefore not be surprised that the Church of God is held captive by these invisible forces.

What battle are you fighting, Church of God? Throughout all of this, the fear of God is entirely absent from the Church of Jesus Christ, as Isaiah 29:13 declares:

Isaiah 29:13
"...and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men."

The wisdom of this world has completely overrun the Church. The language of the children of God has become: "Let us work hard so that our lives become better in the future; let us seek our own happiness and well-being first, and everything else afterward." No — this is not the wisdom upon which the Church of Jesus Christ is to be founded. The wisdom of God, in its very essence, consists of denying oneself, one's own interests, one's passions and desires, so that the purpose of God might be fulfilled. This is precisely what Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, did when He laid down His life upon the cross for one sole purpose: to accomplish the eternal purpose of God — a purpose purposed before the ages — and thereby satisfy the heart of God. In return, this is what He expects of His Church.

The Christian faith itself — Christianity — consists of dying to self: putting one's own interests to death so that the purpose of God may triumph. It is therefore lamentable to see how parents and children alike concern themselves with nothing but their studies and careers, which are not even God's primary concern. God desires that His Kingdom advance upon the earth. That is all.

Because the Church of God is incapable of warring against these invisible entities, she has fallen prey to those very same spiritual beings. Indeed, the Church of God is more given over to every form of distraction than to the pursuit of her Creator. Films, television series, broadcasts, sport in general and football in particular, the internet in general and social media in particular, cartoons, worldly music of every kind, and countless other diversions have become the Church's preferred pastimes and forms of entertainment — in the place of Biblical meditation, Prayer, Worship, and Praise. The Church does not even realize that all of these distractions — which are satanic systems — have been engineered by these spiritual beings specifically to prevent her from fighting. Church of God, do not forget that the whole world lies under the power of the evil one.

1 John 5:19
"...and the whole world lieth in wickedness."

If there is one truth that cannot be refuted in these end times, it is this: the Church has become utterly weak. She has sunk into such a deep spiritual slumber that these spiritual beings no longer even trouble themselves seriously with how they might further weaken her.

Church of God, return to your original vision so that you may inflict upon these spiritual beings the Final Defeat, as the Lord wills. Church of Jesus Christ, make haste — for there is no time left.

Romans 13:11–12
"And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light."

Jesus Christ is coming very soon!

May His peace be with you!
