Since his election in March 2013 as pope, Pope Francis has, according to this perspective, continually corrupted and distorted mankind through various abominations and blasphemies that he proclaims here and there. Through the abominations and blasphemies attributed to him, men have become utterly blinded to the point of calling evil good, and good evil.

By way of example, this so-called vicar of Jesus publicly declared in 2015 that the life of Jesus ended in failure—the failure of the cross. In other words, for him, the redemptive work of Christ on the cross was a failure. With what is described as a tendency to lead millions astray, he also showed in 2016 how, in his view, cohabitation is preferable to marriage; or even that hell does not exist.

The recent development attributed to this son of perdition dates back only a few days. It was during the screening in Rome of the documentary film bearing his name (Francesco) that the pope further revealed what is presented here as his true nature to the inhabitants of the earth, by openly defending the rights of homosexual couples within a civil union that legally protects them. Here is what he said exactly:

“Homosexual persons have the right to be part of a family; they are children of God. No one should be cast out of a family or made miserable because of it. What we must create is a civil union law; they have the right to be legally protected. I stood up for that.”

What should be said in the face of such statements? Should we be surprised? What does the Bible say regarding this increase of sin?

What the Bible Foretold

Luke 17:26

“And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.”

The Bible foretold that what happened in the days of Noah would also happen in the days of the Son of Man, Jesus Christ. What happened in the days of Noah? Genesis 6:5–7 answers us: "In the days of Noah, humanity had become completely corrupted and perverted because of sin, because of the abominations that were committed every day, to the point where not a single righteous thought could be found in man. This therefore brought upon mankind the wrath of God—a wrath that destroyed everything on the face of the earth (Genesis 7:23)"

And God, in His foreknowledge, had already declared that the time of Noah would be similar to the time of this generation living in the last days. Therefore, let us not be astonished or surprised when we see such things taking place on earth (Leviticus 18:22); let us not ask questions such as: how can humans accept such things? Rather, what we ought to say is that the cup of sin is full; that the wrath of God is about to be poured out upon mankind, and that Jesus Christ is returning very soon.
