World War III No. 2
The Bible further prophesies that this world war will begin in the Middle East; that it is in its aftermath that the Antichrist will appear; and that this appearance will result in the establishment of the World Government.

It Will Begin in the Middle East

In the first part of this teaching we discovered through the Scriptures that a World War III will take place — and this before the return of Jesus Christ; we saw through the Scriptures that it will mobilize 200 million soldiers; that it will be nuclear; and that it will cause the death of more than 2 billion people. Let us now look at where this World War III will begin.

Revelation 9:14
Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

Beloved, the Bible tells us in what part of the world this World War III will begin. Oh how I love the Bible! The Bible tells us that this World War III will begin along the river Euphrates. Let us examine this closely. The Euphrates is an ancient and great river (Genesis 2:14) that flows through the Middle East. It passes principally through three countries: Turkey, where it has its source; Syria; and Iraq, where it empties into the Persian Gulf. It is therefore in this geographical region that World War III will begin before spreading throughout the entire world.

Let us speak briefly about Syria. Since the outbreak of its civil war in 2011, Syria has become a veritable powder keg in which two nations are primarily fighting against each other: Iran and Israel. Israel has not ceased launching extensive bombing campaigns against Iranian positions in Syria. According to Israel, the massive presence of Iranian military forces — the Revolutionary Guards — in Syria threatens the security of its borders (Israel being a neighboring country of Syria); and not only that, Israel also believes that the presence of Iranian forces in Syria allows advanced weapons to be transferred to Hezbollah and Hamas — Israel's sworn enemies. For Israel, the objective is therefore to destroy the logistical infrastructure or to intercept arms convoys destined for Hezbollah or Hamas. This is what justifies these Israeli airstrikes in Syria against Iranian positions.

On the other side, Iran has always openly threatened Israel with destruction — or with being erased from the map. Iran, fighting for the Palestinian cause, has always sought to destroy Israel by every available means. This explains Iran's support for Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in their fight for the Palestinian cause — that is, the return of the Palestinians to their land occupied by Israel, as they claim.

Several analysts were already citing, as a direct consequence of these Israeli bombardments against the Iranians in Syria, the risk of the entire Middle Eastern region erupting in an Israeli-Iranian military confrontation.

“Sergei Vershinine, a Russian Foreign Ministry official, called on Israel in 2019 to limit its strikes on Syrian territory, declaring that every Israeli strike raised the risk of a future conflict in the region.”

“Commander Aziz Nasirzadeh, chief of the Iranian air force, declared following Israeli strikes that destroyed Iranian installations in Syria — with casualties among the Syrian army in 2019: "We are ready for the decisive war that will lead to the disappearance of Israel. Our armed forces are prepared for the day of the destruction of Israel."”

“Hossein Salami, deputy commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, declared: "We warn the Zionists [Israel] that if a war breaks out, it will end with their destruction. Iran has warned the regime not to play with fire, for we will destroy them before the United States can help them; a new war will end with the defeat of Israel in three days, in such a way that it will not find enough graves to bury all its dead."”

On June 13, 2025, the confrontation between these two nations took a new turn when Israel launched its Operation Rising Lion aimed at neutralizing Iran's nuclear program, which Israel judged to be on the verge of producing an operational weapon. In retaliation, Iran sent hundreds of missiles and drones. This was the 12-day war.

Currently the tension between these two nations remains at a critical level. The United States, for its part, has reinforced its military presence in the Middle East by deploying aircraft carriers and anti-missile batteries. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei warned on February 1, 2026 that any American aggression would trigger a conflict extending across the entire region, and that Israel would not be spared.

Thus, my beloved, from the moment the Islamic Republic of Iran enters into war with the State of Israel, the allies of each of these two nations would do likewise — which would globalize the conflict, making it worldwide. Russia and China, along with their allies — all the communist countries, such as North Korea — will form an armed bloc with Iran; and with them, all the Arab countries supporting the Palestinian cause. This armed bloc will be ranged against Israel and its allies — notably the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and others. In short, this World War III will be a war that pits red against black — the communist bloc against the capitalist bloc.

Across the entire globe, several front lines will be identifiable. Eastern Europe in general, and the Baltic states in particular — the region where the United States is deploying all types of armaments and military equipment — will be a genuine battlefield between the United States, through NATO, and Russia. In the South China Sea (the Taiwan Strait), a battle will pit the United States against China. The border between North and South Korea will be a true front line — with South Korea, backed by the United States, on one side, and North Korea, supported by China, on the other. With its military bases in Cuba and Venezuela, Russia will easily strike American cities such as Miami and throughout Florida. In Africa — particularly in the north — all the Arab countries supporting the Palestinian cause, such as Egypt, will fight on Iran's side against Israel; this will draw in Israel's allies in the North African zone. Furthermore, Algeria's status as a Russian ally will make this region a genuine front line. In South Asia, a fierce battle will pit India against Pakistan. It should also be noted that in the North or South Atlantic, or in the Pacific, the Russian and Chinese navies will face the navies of the United States and its allies.

At the End of the Third World War

Revelation 10:1–7
1And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: 2And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. 5And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: 7But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

Throughout this teaching, we have examined Revelation 9:13–18 closely — the passage that speaks of the sounding of the sixth trumpet. As we have seen, the sounding of this sixth trumpet corresponds to World War III. It follows that after the sound of the sixth trumpet, the sound of the seventh must be heard. And as we discovered at the beginning of this teaching, the sounding of the last trumpet — the seventh — corresponds to nothing other than the return of Jesus Christ, the Rapture of the Church, and the fulfillment of the mystery of God.

Examining chapter 10 of the book of Revelation closely — particularly verses 6 and 7 — we discover that between the sounding of the sixth trumpet and that of the seventh, "there should be time no longer." What does this mean? To help us understand this better, let me draw a brief schema, for this is very important.

image 6th Trumpet → 7th Trumpet (No more time — ???)

At this point, we must ask ourselves two major questions: what does the expression "there should be time no longer" mean here? And to what can this time correspond? Let us turn to the book of Ezekiel, chapter 12, verses 27 and 28, in order to understand the message the Lord wishes to convey to us here.

Ezekiel 12:27–28
27Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off. 28Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD.

From this passage in Ezekiel, we can grasp the following: when the Lord says that there would be time no longer between the sounding of the sixth trumpet and the seventh, He is simply telling us that there will no longer be any delay in the fulfillment of His words. What fulfillment is He speaking of at this point? He is speaking of the fulfillment of the mystery of God. Revelation 10:7 tells us that there is a mystery of God which must be fulfilled at the sound of the seventh — the last — trumpet. The Lord revealed to us through His servant the Apostle Paul what this mystery is.

1 Corinthians 15:51–52
51Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

The mystery in question is none other than the Resurrection of the dead in Christ, which will take place on the day of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. That being so, from the moment the sound of the sixth trumpet resounds — World War III — there will no longer be any delay in the fulfillment of the mystery of God: that is, the fulfillment of the mystery of God will be imminent. From the moment the sound of the sixth trumpet resounds — World War III — very shortly afterward will come the Rapture of the Church (seventh trumpet). This is what Revelation 10 is explaining to us.

To what, then, can this small interval of time between the sixth and seventh trumpets correspond? To discover what this brief span of time represents, we need simply to examine from the Scriptures the events that come before the sounding of the seventh trumpet.

Revelation 11:1–15
1And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. 3And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. 4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. 7And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. 8And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 10And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. 11And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. 12And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. 13And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. 15And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

In the interval of time before the sounding of the seventh trumpet — which occurs at verse 15 — we note the appearance of the Beast (the Antichrist), who makes war against the two Witnesses of God (verse 7). Now, to speak of the appearance of the Beast between the sixth and seventh trumpets — or before the sounding of the seventh and last trumpet — is also to speak of the effective establishment of the global World Government system, that is, the political, religious, and economic system described in Revelation 13. Indeed, it is this beast — the Antichrist — who will be the political leader of this world government. According to the Scriptures, the duration of the beast's reign after his appearance will be 42 months (3.5 years).

Revelation 13:5
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Thus the brief period of time mentioned in Revelation 10 between the sixth and seventh trumpets is 42 months — or 3.5 years — and this corresponds to the appearance and reign of the Antichrist, or to the effective establishment of the World Government.

The World Government That Will Follow

Yes — after the Third World War that the world will experience, the World Government will come: the government whose first fruits we already see in our day through the United Nations, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, Globalization, and others. And history itself aligns with the Bible to confirm this. Indeed, after World War I in 1918 — a war that caused more than 8 million deaths — the cry for peace and international security was so great that the great powers of the world were compelled to gather and discuss how peace should be maintained upon the earth. The League of Nations was then born, with the purpose of ensuring world peace and preventing conflicts. However, just 19 years after its establishment — in 1939 — the world sank once again into a world war: World War II, which claimed not 8 million but 52 million lives. The world was in confusion. The United Nations then came into being with the goal of ensuring a lasting peace, as the League of Nations had before it. Now these two international organizations — the League of Nations and the United Nations — with their stated purpose of ensuring so-called peace, are nothing other than forerunners of the future World Government.

What, then, should the earth expect in the wake of a war as horrific as World War III — which will kill 40 times more people than World War II? The answer is, of course, a World Government for the whole earth. Yes, beloved, the purpose of this World War III is to cause the earth to accept a totalitarian World Government whose leader will be the son of the devil — commonly called the Antichrist. With more than 2 billion dead, the desolation will be so great, the cry for peace will be truly, truly overwhelming; then the lawless one — the Antichrist — will appear, playing the role of peacemaker and man of peace. Given the chaos, the entire world will receive him with open arms, in the hope that he will definitively put an end to world wars and ensure peace. In those days, men will suspect nothing — just as in the days of Noah (Matthew 24:39); they will believe they have resolved the problem of peace by accepting the son of the devil at the head of the world. But what does the Bible say?

1 Thessalonians 5:2–4
2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief;

From this, I trust that you now understand very clearly the meaning of this passage concerning the return of Jesus Christ. Should you wish to know more about the World Government that will soon be established, or about the Antichrist, we recommend that you read our teachings on the World Government and on the Antichrist and the False Prophet.

What to Do Now

Dear brother, dear sister, after having followed this teaching, the one thing you should do is go within yourself and ask whether you truly have Jesus Christ within you. Know that the only sure shelter and refuge you can have during this World War III is Jesus Christ. Brothers and sisters, you who have not yet received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life — it is time for you to turn truly toward Jesus Christ before this war descends upon men; it is therefore time for you to confess your sins and allow Jesus Christ to enter into your life. As for those of you who have already received Him but have drifted away from Him — attaching yourselves to the passions and things of this world — it is time for you to humble yourselves and return truly to Him, in order to find refuge in Him on the day of distress.

Psalm 46:1–2
1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

May the Lord bless you!
